By accessing TelCheck.fr and using its services, you fully and unconditionally accept these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please stop using this service immediately. TelCheck reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Service Description

• TelCheck is an information service for looking up reputation data on phone numbers, primarily French ones.
• Information displayed comes from community and analytical sources and is provided for informational purposes only.
• TelCheck is not an emergency service. Do not use it to report situations endangering people.

Acceptable Use

• You may use TelCheck to check the reputation of an unknown number, report an unwanted call experience, and read community comments.
• Use of the service is limited to personal, non-commercial, and lawful purposes.
• You agree to submit honest and truthful comments and not to abuse reporting mechanisms.

Prohibited Uses

• It is strictly prohibited to use TelCheck to harass, surveil, discriminate against, or violate the privacy of any person.
• Any attempt at unauthorised system access, bulk data extraction (scraping), or server flooding (DoS) is prohibited and may be prosecuted.
• Submitting false, defamatory, violent, illegal, or misleading content is prohibited.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated systems to query the service without prior authorisation is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

• Reputation data comes from community sources and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. TelCheck cannot guarantee its truthfulness.
• TelCheck cannot be held liable for decisions made based on this information, nor for any direct or indirect damages resulting from such decisions.
• The service is provided "as-is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Intellectual Property

The site's content — design, texts, source code, logo, data — is protected by copyright and belongs to TelCheck. Any reproduction or reuse without prior written authorisation is prohibited. The public API may be used within the limits defined in its documentation.

Termination & Suspension

TelCheck reserves the right to suspend or block access to the service for any user who violates these terms, without notice or compensation.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
