J'ai appelé le service technique de Panasonic. attente puis le technicien n'a même pas pu me donner le renseignement après 15mn où il ne comprenait pas le problème technique. J'en ai eu pour 16€!! sur le site Panasonic la hotline n'est pas indiquée aussi chère. On l'apprend lorsqu'on a obtenu le numero
